Quito, February 2023 - The SRS Business Group, an Ecuadorian holding company with diverse commercial and industrial activities in the country, has been recognized for the second consecutive year with the ''Great Place To Work'' Certification for the period 2023 - 2024. Imptek - a company specialized in waterproofing - is the main and oldest company belonging to the business group.

Following an evaluation of the work environment and through the application of anonymous surveys to 114 employees of the SRS Group, the holding company managed to increase its rating by 3 points compared to last year and with a final score of 83% was recertified as a Great Place to Work.

The holding company owns six companies in different sectors: ASTS, which provides consulting in business management systems; Shamuna, which produces and markets textile garments; Inmo SRS, a real estate company; and the industrial company Imptek in Ecuador and its two trading companies in Colombia and the USA.

She also reported that the surveys exceeded 85% positive and favorable responses, highlighting that the areas with the highest ratings were: corporate image, pride, fairness, personal work and teamwork.

The recognition obtained as Great Place To Work 2023-2024 demonstrates the company's commitment and philosophy of being an organization with a positive organizational culture, capable of attracting and retaining talent as evidenced by its figures: closing 2022 with a turnover rate of just 1.21%, retaining 98% of its employees.
