IMPTEK BOOSTS ACADEMIC TRAINING WITH PLANT VISIT

Quito, September 26, 2023 - Imptek, a leading company in the waterproofing and road construction sector, opened its doors to 14 students of the Master's in Business Administration at the Universidad de las Américas (UDLA), in an effort to enrich their academic training through practical experience in the field of Operations Management.

The visit to Imptek's facilities allowed these young and future professionals to immerse themselves in the fundamentals of operational excellence that is fundamental to the company. During the day, the students had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the most modern asphalt plant on the Pacific Coast, in addition to learning about the best practices that guarantee quality, the use of technology, processes and the quality of the company's products.

This initiative is a clear example of the fruitful collaboration between academia and industry, aimed at strengthening the dual training of future professionals and business leaders in Ecuador.
