PRIVACY NOTICE ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of May 2023 (hereinafter the "Law") and the Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law of November 2023, CHOVA DEL ECUADOR, informs employees, customers and suppliers, whose data are in our databases, our Personal Data Protection Policy. This information is and will be used in the development of the functions of CHOVA DEL ECUADOR, according to the legal relationship it has with each of the natural and legal persons, established in each case.
The holders of personal data (employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, natural and legal persons), expressly and unequivocally authorize CHOVA DEL ECUADOR, to maintain and manage all information provided.
a) In the case of collaborators or during your participation in the recruitment process, the Personal Data that you provide to the Human Resources area, will be used and will have as purpose: the identification, location, communication, contact and/or sending of information to you, related to your possible hiring process and/or in its case, labor relationship, as well as its transmission to Saint-Gobain companies inside and outside the country for the same purposes.
b) In the case of customers and suppliers, the Personal Data that are part of your contract and/or documents that cover your services and/or commercial relationship and that you provide to the Commercial and/or Financial area, will be used and will be used for the following purposes: to receive or provide services or products related to the commercial relationship, to inform about changes or new products or services, to comply with obligations contracted with our customers and suppliers, to evaluate the quality of service and to conduct internal studies on consumption habits, as well as its transmission to Saint-Gobain's affiliates or subsidiaries, inside and outside the country for the same purposes.
c) The Personal Data provided will be kept in different secure media that technology allows, whose access will be limited only to persons or entities with which CHOVA DEL ECUADOR has a relationship. CHOVA DEL ECUADOR will have appropriate security measures to protect the use of your Personal Data. In case of requirement of any authority,
the Personal Data may be made available to it.
d) You have the right to access your personal data in our possession, as well as to rectify, update, delete or revoke the authorization of its use. The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of these rights are through the submission of a specific request by sending an email to CHOVA DEL ECUADOR providing your contact information with the subject: "Processing of Personal Data". The email addresses of the areas responsible for the processing of personal data are listed at the end of this document. The term to attend your request is 10 working days.
e) This Privacy Notice may be modified periodically without notice to reflect changes in the practices of use and collection of information from CHOVA DEL ECUADOR If applicable, these changes will be available in visible announcements on our sites or customer service centers; brochures or leaflets available in the same or in our Internet pages listed below, in order that you always have knowledge of our current policies.
