IMPAC Fibrating
Waterproofing product formulated with acrylic resins and synthetic fibers. Prevents moisture seepage and provides better adhesion. This product has a guaranteed life of 3 years (Impac 3000), 5 years (Impac 5000), and 7 years (Impac 7000).
Uses/Applications
- Waterproofs window edges, non-trafficable roof slabs, and facades (exterior walls).- Adheres to most common building materials, such as concrete, galvanized sheet metal, fiber cement, bricks, ducts, among others.
- Can be applied to any type of construction, such as institutional and residential buildings, storage warehouses, industrial and commercial facilities, and homes.

Features
- It is designed with fibers that replace the use of reinforcement fabric (except at critical points) and bridges small cracks.
- It has the exclusive UV-SHIELD II solar filter that provides properties to preserve the whiteness (in the white color) and elasticity of the waterproofing for a longer period of time.
- It is formulated with a water base.
- Impac 3000 stands out for its high reflectivity (white color), water-based formula, and resistance to normal movements in monolithic slab construction.

Installation method
1. Clean the surface to be waterproofed. Remove dust, stones, oils, grease, sand, etc.
2. Apply one coat of IMPAC SELLO (undiluted) to the entire surface using a brush, paintbrush, or roller. Allow to dry for 1 to 3 hours.
3. Repair cracks and fissures with IMPAC PLASTIC CEMENT using a putty knife. At this stage, you can repair critical areas with SUPER REINFORCEMENT MESH.
4. Apply the first coat of IMPAC FIBRATADO waterproofing with a straw brush, paintbrush, or roller. Allow to dry for 4 to 8 hours.
5. Once the first coat of waterproofing has dried, apply the second coat of IMPAC FIBRATADO at a rate of 0.5 l/m² in a direction perpendicular to the first coat. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

Store indoors in a cool place away from direct sunlight. With its lid tightly closed.
Avoid freezing temperatures.
