Imptek Parking
SBS polymer-modified asphalt membrane, with central reinforced felt reinforcement, coated with sand on the top layer and thermo-fusible polyethylene on the underside, designed for waterproofing structures and roofs requiring heavy-duty protection.
Uses/Applications
- Waterproofing of parking structures or access ramps to parking lots with heavy protection of asphalt, pavers or concrete. In single-layer, two-layer or multilayer systems.- Waterproofing of flat walkable roofs with heavy protection of ceramic, porcelain, stoneware, mortars, etc. In single-layer, two-layer or multilayer systems.

Installation method
Clean the surface (it must be dry).
Prime the surface with IMPTEK ASPHALTIC CEMENT or ULTRAPRIMER (porous surfaces if it is a base membrane).
Apply to the fully adhered surface or base membrane by hot melt using a gas torch.
- Note: The flame must be applied to the hot melt polyethylene in a tangential manner to expose the modified bitumen so that it adheres to the previously primed surface.
4. Seal the overlaps using POLIBREA.
