Modified Asphalts

LEARN MORE

Description

Imptek modified bitumen is an advanced binder composed of conventional asphalt cement modified with polymers and special additives, designed to improve
the adhesion, stability and durability of the pavement under various weather conditions and high vehicular traffic.

Usage

Modified asphalts improve:
1. Rheology and performance at various temperatures.
2. Moisture resistance.
3. Elastic recovery.
4. Fatigue durability.

Which can be used in hot asphalt mixes with modified asphalt for uses in:
High vehicular traffic roads
Roads with diverse adverse weather conditions

Features

PG 70/-22: Suitable for regions with maximum temperatures of 70°C and minimum temperatures of -22°C.
PG 70/-28: Similar to PG 70/-22, but with a minimum temperature resistance of -28°C.
PG 76/-22: Optimized for areas with maximum temperatures of 76°C, while maintaining resistance to minimum temperatures of -22°C.
PG 76/-28: Combines the capability of PG 76/-22 with improved cold resistance to -28°C.
PG 82/-28: Designed for temperatures up to 82°C and resistant to -28°C.
HIMA (PG 94/-28): Maximum resistance to 94°C and cold to -28°C, ideal for very heavy traffic areas and extreme conditions.
