Fast and friendly service with very good advice
My house is steelframe on the beach and Imperpol was a disaster suffers premature aging. At 2 years of installed had cracks and burst the layer of granules, and the warranty is a farce looked for excuses, the 1st visit said they never saw something so it was probably the product, the 2nd visit that poorly installed and finally that it was not the right product for that area and sold me knowing that it was for the beach.
The 3rd visit I was the one who had to pay, he is the technician authorized by the company for installation, he did not want to risk to do the installation, in more than 25 years of work he never saw something like that and imptek the factory does not want to assume neither the material nor the installation for this experiment, now they are looking for another technician and pretend that I continue spending, a company of that level that bills hundreds of thousands, without ethics I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Very safe care in times of pandemic. Good handling of spacing and protection. I have known the asphalt based products for many years in their old plant in Sangolquí. Now they have other high quality products dedicated to waterproofing. I recommend these products with confidence. The detail is in the installation. It should be done by a person with adequate knowledge of the installation or finishing instructions.
Their prices are better compared to regular hardware stores, but you need to pay cash.
